Omnivore
DOCUMENTARY
Most recently Mateo has worked as executive producer on Omnivore, a landmark documentary series for Apple TV. Lead by the world's best chef, René Redzepi of Noma fame, the series explores peoples, places and cultures through the lens of food.
As a key member of the creative team Mateo worked alongside series director Cary Fukunaga (Bond - No Time to Die, True Detectives) and award- winning food writer Matthew Goulding to craft these powerful narratives.
Mateo has also directed the Tuna episode; exploring the extreme story of this highly- prized, and endangered, ingredient.
